The electric radiant tubes heater consists of the heat resisting alloy tube in which heating element are attached. It is uesd for carburizing gas ( endothermic gas, etc ) which cases short - circuiting of the heating element by sooting and furnace atmosphere which is detrimentral to the electric heating wire. It is also suitable for ceramic fiber lined furnaces and general purpose furnace owing to ease of installation and replacement.
Appication : Air, Exothermic gas, NX gas, Carburizing and Batch type furnace
Installtion : Longitudinal and Iateral directions
